Jon Beebe is the author of Spookaluca & The Misfits of Magonia, the first book in The Spookaluca Trilogy, a fantastical graphic novel series filled with humor, depth and adventure.

An award-winning global marketing executive, Beebe has crafted inventive and memorable advertising campaigns for more than 20 years. His corporate career spans notable roles at Epsilon, General Motors and Ford, where his creative storytelling and innovative strategies earned widespread recognition. He is currently the Founder of QuirkWerk, LLC, a marketing, advertising and technology consulting company.

Inspired by literary greats like David Sedaris, J.R.R. Tolkien and Douglas Adams, as well as fantasy classics such as Labyrinth and The NeverEnding Story, Beebe poured his love for whimsical fantasy into The Spookaluca Trilogy, creating a world where valor, humor and cosmic wonders collide.

When he’s not immersed in the Spookaluca universe, Beebe enjoys traveling, fine dining (despite numerous allergies), fine arts and supporting the Ann Arbor Symphony on its board of directors. An avid gamer, he also spends an inordinate amount of time taking care of his tiny yet mischievous Prague Ratters, Toby and Usha.
